Aminiel is excited be at the Institute of Tandabui whose mission and values, align with his own – integrity, diversity, excellence, collaboration and innovation. Aminiel is a proud public school alumna from Santa Monica Elementary School all the way to Muhimbili University of Health Allied Sciences. As an recipient and beneficiary of a public education from a fellow PAC-12 school with a diverse student body, faculty and staff, he has personally experienced the impact of higher and continuing education that transforms not just the trajectory of students but also their families and communities. He’s thrilled to join the #TIHESTCommunity!

His passion for helping students and families to become active ambassadors, volunteers and donors in support of the student experience. He believes in the importance of engaging and communicating with Champion parents, grandparents and family members, not just about the progress of their students, but to learn more about them as a family, and celebrate successes and make them feel safe in sharing their concerns.
