The ceremony was attended by proud parents, faculty, alumni, and esteemed guests, all gathered to celebrate the achievements of 534 graduates. Among these graduates, 204 were male, making up 38.2%, and 330 were female, representing 61.8%. In his keynote address, Hon. Mabula lauded the graduates for their dedication and effort, emphasizing the critical role they will play in Tanzania’s health and development sectors. He highlighted the growing demand for healthcare professionals, driven by the government’s efforts under the leadership of President Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan. The government’s investments in constructing new hospitals equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology, such as MRI machines, CT scans, and X-rays, have created numerous employment opportunities for health professionals.
